The base is printed, not pocketed: a real right-hand helical thread (minor Ø46.4, major Ø48.02, 2 mm pitch, 60° flanks) is generated into the exported mesh, exactly as measured from levitation_base.step. The body is a real printable shell: the wall thickness is measured from the outside surface to the inside surface and can never go below 0.7 mm. The inside opens into the threaded cavity, so there is no trapped gap.
